Refund Policy

We value client satisfaction and have a fair refund policy in place.

1. Refund Eligibility

Clients may request a refund if:

  • The service has not been initiated

  • The scope of service was not delivered as agreed

2. Process

Refund requests must be sent to rayudubizcon@gmail.com within 7 working days of payment. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Completed consultancy, professional opinions, and services rendered as per scope are non-refundable.
